cimplenet Maintenance Plan
Terms and Conditions
The monthly cost for the maintenance plan is $9.99 per month.
As part of the plan, CimpleNet will install and maintain high speed, internet access at Subscriber’s premises and will provide basic maintenance services to Subscriber’s wireless internet equipment at no further cost, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below:
Covered Expenses:
- Wireless router configuration and/or firmware upgrades as required or reconfiguration
- Standard wiring running from the antenna to the router.
- Antenna realignment
- Light foliage trimming or the relocation of the wireless antenna as long as special equipment is not required and the foliage is located on Subscriber’s property
- Basic antenna relocation not requiring a mast, pole, trenching, or other hardware.
Expenses not covered:
- Troubleshooting, configuration, repair, or replacement of telephones, televisions, routers, computers, and any other peripheral devices not provided by CimpleNet.
- Streaming TV equipment such as Fire TV Sticks, Apple TV, Roku, Google Chromecast, etc.
- Remote control batteries or battery replacement
- Repeated customer-caused issues, such as pets chewing on wires, accidentally cutting a wire during a home remodel, etc. (will only cover the first instance)
- Covered service calls or equipment replacements exceeding three (3) in any 12 month period.
In the event that required repairs are not covered under the CimpleNet Maintenance Plan you, the Subscriber, may: (1) make the repairs yourself; (2) hire an outside contractor at your cost; or (3) or if it is work that we perform, have us perform the work at our standard billing rate.
The term of the CimpleNet Maintenance Plan will run concurrently with Subscriber’s CimpleNet Service agreement and any subsequent renewals.
The CimpleNet Maintenance Plan terms and conditions are in addition to and not in lieu of the CimpleNet Service Agreement.
